The IT Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations at Dorian Tool, ensuring the smooth functioning of our hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and work collaboratively with various departments to support our business objectives. The IT Coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining IT documentation, managing user accounts, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.

Job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Install, Configure, and support an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• May monitor and test Web site performance to ensure it operates correctly and without interruption.
• May assistant in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
• May supervise computer user support specialist and computer network support specialists.
• May administer network security measures.
