Job Description

Next Step in Residential Services is looking for Full and Part-Time Caregivers.  Responsibilities include:

1. Carry out the Mission of Next Step by promoting personal growth and create a meaningful life for the individuals we are privileged to serve.

2. Providing direct care and supervision of individual's with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

         a.  Support residents in the completion of personal hygiene.

         b.  Facilitate recreational and leisure activities.

         c.   Provide health monitoring and administer medications.

         d.  Support residents in the preparation of daily meals.

         e.  Support residents in maintaining a clean and well maintained home environment.
