Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of care is provided
- Assist with self administration of medication

Skills:
- Strong caregiving skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to individuals in need
- Knowledge of memory care techniques for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Proficiency in basic first aid techniques and emergency response protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents/patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
