Busy Private Office looking for a long term associate.

Pay is every 2 weeks and is paid off GROSS PRODUCTION not collections (30%).

Office concentrates primarily on routine restorative and removable general dentistry.

Must have active Texas Dental License

Looking for 2+ years experience, new dentists may apply

Bilingual :Spanish

Molar Endo Efficiently (Preferred not required)

Extractions surgical and routine

Office Hours Mon-Thurs 8-5, Friday 8-1. Pay is commission based.

Includes Seattle Study Club Membership (25 Hours CE)

The office has operated for over 40 years with 2 fulltime Dentists and 2 full time hygienist. At this time the owner dentist has been working solo for several months, with a former associate temping 2 days a week, which is not sufficient to cover the patient load. She is looking to drop down to part-time once an associate is found. The associate will see all new patients exclusively and take over recare patients from the previously associate. The owner Dentist will be working on another business during 2024 in an adjacent building that is not dental related, so her goal is to drop down to 3 days a week, and transfer some of her patients to the associate as well.
