Manufacturing Solutions Inc. (MSI) is looking for a dynamic leader to join our MSI Trucking and Sitework team as a full time Construction (Earthworks) Estimator/Project Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist MSI Trucking and Sitework Manager in reading plans for project estimation
• Plan and implement earthworks strategies
• Prepare complex, competitive, and timely project estimations
• Establish a schedule to meet deadlines on internal/external site works projects
• Assist with site inspection and relay information on site conditions
• Assist in managing project completion to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with team members to effectively use all available resources
• Proactively seek out opportunities to support team members to accomplish goals

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Education - High School diploma or equivalent required, AS/AA or beyond in related field preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience - 10 years construction/excavating experience including estimation and supervising a team
• Required Licenses/Certifications - Valid Driver’s license, OSHA/MSHA certification
• Must possess extensive industry knowledge with strong written and oral communication skills

Salary for this role starts at $100k+ annually, depending upon experience.
