Our PCA Supervisor will work Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm and every other Wednesday 7am-7pm.
Summary: Responsible for directing and overseeing and providing resident care as directed by the Personal Care Manager and ensuring the security of the building and company property.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise and direct personal care staff, including resident meal times.
· Ensure personal care tasks are delivered to each resident as required.
· Perform rounds throughout the building to ensure the safety and security of residents.
· Conduct shift report in the absence of the Personal Care Manager.
· Print and distribute daily assignment sheets at shift report.
· Direct all emergency situations in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Assist the medication staff as needed.
· Address maintenance concerns immediately.
· Manage the resident Community Bank.
· Perform all other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Personal Care staff. During the day and weekend day shift hours, the Personal Care Supervisor will supervise all PCA/CNA's on day shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience in Human Services or related field.
Certified to pass Medications
CNA certification,
Prior experience working in mental illness facilities a plus
