On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000-$85,000 + per year (Base Salary + Commission and Bonuses)

Requirements:

• State License: P&C and L&H licenses are both required. (we will guide you!)
• Communication Skills: Whether it’s written or spoken, making complex things easy to understand.
• Client-Focused: Your people skills are top-notch, with a genuine focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You’re a go-getter with your eyes on the prize.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Dive into discussions with potential clients to uncover their needs and offer them tailored life insurance solutions.
• Sales Generation: Use our existing book of business and provided leads to drive sales and exceed your monthly targets.
• Policy Management: Guide clients in choosing, understanding, and managing their life insurance policies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Collaboration: Share your wisdom, strategies, and insights with the team to keep everyone at the top of their game.
• Continuous Learning: Stay sharp with ongoing training on industry trends, products, and sales techniques.
