The Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure the company's products and processes meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems

Requirements:• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or applicable Technical Engineering Degree from an accredited university

• 2+ years practical experience in Automotive Engineering, Engineering Quality or Manufacturing Quality

• Prior application and use of problem-solving tools and statistics

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications & G-Suite tools

• Effective presentation/public speaking skills

Experienced with problem solving tools

Demonstrated ability to coach and teach others

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to communicate details from executive level to plant staff level

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work off shift hours as necessary

Self-motivated and directed

Driving required: must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
