TruePoint has a position available for a part-time Office Manager to join its growing team. The company is private equity backed (Seaside Equity Partners), profitable, and is growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

The position is expected to average 15-20 hours per week. The position is hybrid – candidate must be able to come to the office in Loomis, CA 2-3 times per week. However, approximately 50% of the time, remote work is acceptable.
The position reports to and works closely with TruePoint’s CEO. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and that the staff can focus on their work. The position involves working with all departments across the company, and serves as the main point of contact for all back-office functions.
