We are a Commercial General Contractor/Construction Manager seeking an experienced, analytical commercial construction Superintendent to provide high-quality, detailed work for renovation and new construction projects. We are looking for someone with strong structure to create schedules, and plan and coordinate work for our commercial and light industrial projects. This person will be able to carefully and correctly meet all required codes and inspections, required project budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will proactively supervise and direct all field personnel, and diplomatically and clearly communicate with clients and specialty contractors. Additionally, we need someone who'll provide professional representation at all times to all stakeholders. The Superintendent is responsible for Quality Control and Risk Management on site, so adherence to rules and process are required. We'll provide training and ongoing support to get the right candidate up to speed quickly in our success metrics. Minimum 10 years’ experience required.
