We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.-
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
