HVAC service work is booming and we are busier than ever!!! We're recruiting 5 full-time Techs for our large, well-respected Commercial HVAC service division. This division provides maintenance, repairs and replacement services for commercial buildings using a variety of equipment.

Who we need: We are looking for seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician with the following skills and attributes:

• 1 year min experience required.
• Capability of diagnosing systems and the ability to follow up with a proposal to rectify problems as found.
• Past history supervising junior HVAC technicians, preferred but not required.
• Able to build positive relationships with customers.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Detailed and organized professional.
• Engaging personality with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work overtime and weekends; preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Clean DMV record / Valid Driver's License.
• Enjoy and embrace technology.
• EPA Certification.
• Required to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds and utilize ladders.
• Quality customer service and communication skills
• HVAC schooling or certifications are a plus.
