What You’ll Actually Do: 

• Managing and triaging a shared inbox for the billing team
• Create reports and present findings to leadership  
• Reviewing entries and requesting revisions as needed 
• Determining e-billed expenses and fees  
• Gathering and organizing supporting documentation for expense charges 
• Assisting others in preparing and posting payments 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: 

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related 
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) 
• An awesome “can do” attitude 

It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have 

• An internship or up to 2 year of billing, AP, AR, or related experience 
• Knowledge of any accounting software programs (QuickBooks, Salesforce, etc.) 

Where and How Much: 

• Up to $56K, depending on experience (hourly equivalent)  
• Hybrid schedule
