Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for running pre-set appointments, ensuring that homeowners you meet
with have an opportunity to learn about the Home Performance with Energy Star program as
well as renewable energy options.
Conduct in-home energy assessments and provide quotes for qualified projects and rebates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Attend weekly training sessions to continuously improve communication techniques and product
knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competitive, resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
