Responsibilities:

• Work with Quickbooks, Excel, and Word
• Assistance with financial statement and general ledger preparation
• Prepare journal entries
• Preparation of spreadsheets in Excel
• Assist in preparation of corporate, individual, non-profit, and other tax returns.
• Assist in preparation of non-profit and other audits

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Quickbooks is a big advantage. Word and Excel also.
• Needs good attention to detail, accuracy
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• At least 5 years of experience
• Audit experience is a plus
