Join AZAD as a Network Administrator and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions for improving the security, efficiency, and functionality of a Field Intranet Network (FIN) system within a high availability enterprise level environment. This individual will interpret, recommend and implement configurations and controls for hardening network infrastructure systems, as well as conduct vulnerability assessments, draft remediation recommendations, and participate in the deployment of technical controls.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is fulltime onsite in Vancouver, Washington. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidates must possess the following experience and qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Network Administration, Computer/Information Technology (or closely related field) is required.
8 years of experience is required.
Experience should include implementing and maintaining network security in a large enterprise environment with Quality of Service (QOS).
5 years of experience programming, configuration, and testing by command line interface (CLI) on Cisco routers and switches (Access Control List – ACL).
5 years of experience coordinating and maintaining security regulatory requirements for an electrical utility or comparable public or private utility facilities.
5 years of experience implementing and maintaining network security in a large enterprise environment.
5 years of experience performing network management and operations tasks in a large enterprise environment.
5 years of experience in monitoring and coordinating the implementation of Information Systems Security Plans, processes and procedures.
5 years of experience working with common network test applications such as Wireshark, CAT5 certification testers, Nessus scanning, NMAP, and Spirent Ethernet test equipment.
2 years of experience with Microsoft Visio sufficient to create drawings, webpages and server icons to document procedures.
