QUALITY ENGINEER POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Engineer will ensure overall quality of manufactured products and compliance with certifications.

- Set detailed guidelines for quality checks and define quality standards.
- Update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
- Audit systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommended fixes
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (defect rates)
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation
- Set and track quality assurance goals
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with legal and certification requirements
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the product
- Schedule all testing required for product certifications to codes and standards
- Schedule audits and payments for renewal of all codes and standards

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences.
- Minimum of two years related experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience interpreting product design, layouts and basic drafting room practices. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar systems.
