Duties include:

(1)  Managing and maintaining cryostorage/ freezers of reproductive cells.

(2)  Logistical transport/ transfer of reproductive cells using personal car

(3)  All around support to Laboratory Technical personnel.                      

Position Requirements: Candidate must be self-motivated, have a “can do” attitude, courteous, complete all tasks accurately, be flexible and participate as a team member.  The position requires interacting and collaborating with physicians, medical providers, clients and fellow employees.

The job does require lifting 40lbs container and pushing dewars on rollers approximate weight 125 lbs.

The individual must be experienced in working in a clinical laboratory environment or be qualified or trained as a laboratory assistant. Experience with computerized record keeping is necessary.

An Associate Science degree or related science major at the minimum is necessary.

A valid driver’s license is a must as well as a safe driving record.

Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00am - 4:30 pm… plus rotation weekends and Holidays.

Salary: hourly, commensurate with education, level of experience and job performance history.

   Generous reimbursement for use of personal car.
