Website:

• Create, manage and implement a comprehensive Institutional Advancement web presence that engages visitors on curated pathways toward information and inquiry, and results in conversions from visitor to donation.
• Optimize SHA’s website user experience; go through every IA page to ensure the website has clear calls-to-action (CTAs), pages are sensibly organized, content is engaging and useful, and it’s easy for visitors to find the information they’re looking for.
• Schedule regular meetings with key staff, students and alumnae to improve content, ensure accuracy and engage visitors.

Social Media, Email and Print:

• Athletics
• Develop a strategic marketing plan to leverage affiliation in social media for alumnae and donors.

Fundraising

• Work with director of annual giving to create compelling fundraising campaigns, both digital and print
• Create supporting fundraising materials for 75th anniversary fundraising campaign and other fundraising initiatives, including events

Alumnae

o Assume 100% responsibility for SHA’s Alumnae social media accounts; partner with Director of Alumnae Relations and Director of Annual Giving to set specific goals and metrics for each post and a dashboard to track progress.

o Specifically build out a strategic marketing plan for SHA’s LinkedIn account with a heavy emphasis on Alumnae content.

o Develop an annual plan for segmented emails in coordination with the Director of Alumnae Relations and Director of Annual Giving; create a dashboard to track success of all calls-to-action.

o Responsible for the creation of photography, reels, stories and posts for posting on the SHA Alumnae account, with cross-tagging to sacredheart_li

o Responsible for the creation of photography, content, scheduling and monitoring of the Alumnae TV Screen located on the concourse; each highlighted alumnae should have a corresponding Alumnae Spotlight on the SHA website.

o Develop a strategic marketing plan to increase attendance at Alumnae events; report regularly on progress and results.

o Leverage Career Day:

• Develop a strategic marketing plan and enhanced web presence to promote and report on the annual Career Day event.
• Propose admissions brochure content to highlight this event.
• Support the Executive Director of Strategic Marketing and Enrollment as needed for content on the main SHA social accounts for all other areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or social media management.
• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience curating content for social media and website presence.
• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in project management and metrics-reporting.
• Experience in higher education, fundraising and/or alumni relations a big plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
