A global manufacturing client of iMPact Business Group is seeking to hire a Manager of Data Analytics.

This role is focused on building out world-class Analytic Solutions for the Supply Chain organization.  

This role is responsible for producing Analytic Solutions that focus on continuous performance improvement/optimization across a global supply chain environment.
 

Goals of the Role -

• Drive the ideation, creation, and implementation of supply chain analytics solutions with a focus on standardization and scalability
• Work with analytics teams and stakeholders within all relevant areas of the business - Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Information Technology, Transportation, Human Resources, as well as within the Supply Chain organization itself
• Lead the operational focus of the Supply Chain Analytics Service, implement best practices and standards to promote data integrity, transparency, and decision-making accuracy
• Oversee alignment with the Corporate Digital Strategy, proactively identifying and integrating new analytical technology as it becomes available
• Lead in the selection, implementation, and refinement of Supply Chain Analytics platforms and tools 
• Provide proactive guidance on advanced analytics methods, including process optimization, predictive modeling, and simulation techniques to unlock crucial supply chain insights and performance improvement opportunities
• Build and inspire a highly effective Analytics Team focused on continuous innovation and collaboration 
• Mentor and develop Analytic Talent within the team
• Provide clear and concise reporting to company leadership
• Translate complex analytical data and insights into actionable strategies and impactful decision-making 
• Actively grow partnerships and collaboration opportunities across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, Finance or a related field 
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 5-10 years experience in Supply Chain Analytics
• 5 years of Analytics leadership experience
• Leadership and execution experience in a global, complex supply chain environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve analytics-driven initiatives
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and governing Analytics Solutions that drive business benefits
• Familiarity with the healthcare and/or consumer product business sectors is a major plus.
