I am looking for a highly motivated individual who is either a certified Physician's Assistant (or PA) or Nurse practitioner who will be trained to work up patients involved in work and other injuries. The injuries will be minor. Patients will be seen at a local Clinic, not in the ER. No lacerations. These and other injuries that are more appropriate for the ER will be sent there. An Orthopedic Surgeon will supervise you. Bilingual a Plus. Translation services are available. 

Once trained, you will be placed on the roster to receive appointments to see incoming injured patients at various clinics throughout Atlanta. You can choose the geographic area you wish to cover based on your home or full-time job location. You will get more contract work if you are flexible and can drive.  You will also give us dates and times you are available to cover incoming appointments. We will work around your schedule. 

We are looking to train only one practitioner per region in Marietta, Sand Springs, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Smyrna, Norcross, Duluth, Stone Mountain, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Decatur, Atlanta Stockbridge, College Park, Riverdale, Austell, Conyers, Peachtree City. Training is free.

We do not pay for transportation, but as a 1099, you can deduct mileage. Some appointments can be telehealth, which can change the hourly rate. 

Depending on when the injury occurs, after-hours (5-10 p.m.) are available during the day and on weekends.
