This candidate will be a key member of the clinic team responsible mainly for back-office clinical duties and shot clinic. Front office experience is preferable. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Take vital signs, medical history and room patients
- Perform allergy testing and lung function testing
- Administer allergy shots
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers
- Assist providers in clinic procedures as needed
- Appointment scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up on tests/procedures
- Manage phone calls from pharmacies and insurance companies
- Maintain clinic supplies inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LVN
- Licensed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Accountable, Dependable and Punctual work ethics
- Organized and pays attention to detail
- Preferable: Experience in an Allergy clinic
- Preferable: Experience with an electronic medical record
- Preferable: Front office experience
- Preferable: Bilingual in Spanish/English'
