Position: Contract Worker with Flexible Scheduling (Three Positions Available)

About Our Client:

Our client, a non-profit community mental health clinic who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our community is seeking three dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Clinicians, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our team. This position will be as a 1099-Contractor. The three professionals we seek are

• 1 Speaks English/Creole
• 1 Speaks English/Spanish
• 1 No bilingual requirement

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical records platform
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Clinician, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to learn and efficiently use electronic medical records systems
• Compassionate and engaging demeanor
• Bilingual in Creole and or Spanish
