The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Aviation Accessory Technician to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area!

Aviation Accessory Technician

Pay/hours for position
$30-$33
Requirements of position
• 2+ years of Engine harness wire routing, wire dressing, Harness repairs, cannon plug repairs,
• Wire hook ups, resistance, and continuity checks.
• Functional testing of fuel nozzles.
• Testing and repairs of ball screw actuators, VSV actuators,
• Testing equipment.
Responsibilities of position
• Performs repairs, modifications, and tests in accordance with manufacturer s instructions and repair station s established processes.
• Troubleshoots product failures and performs necessary maintenance to return article to an operational state.
• Operates electronic test equipment as required to perform tests and troubleshooting.
• Understands and utilizes hand tools correctly to perform required maintenance of articles.
• Performs solder work in accordance with industry standards.
• Completes required documentation of all work and inspections performed.
• Communicates effectively with managers and co-workers.
• Performs routine production assembly operations on CFM56 engine mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using OEM manual operations.
