We are currently accepting resumes for dedicated Registered/Certified Medical Assistant to work day/evening shifts and every other Saturday in our Palos Park and Mokena offices. Applicants should possess a friendly, welcoming personality for interaction with our pediatrics patients and families. Strong communication skills along with focus on a "TEAM" approach are mandatory to maintain our high quality standards with our patient population. Previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
