• Conversation & Companionship
• Meal Preparation
• Keep house clean at all time
• Laundry & Linen Washing
• Recreational Activities

• Mobility- Transferring & Positioning
• Incontinence Care
• Medication Reminders
• Special Diet/Meal Preparation
• Feeding.
• Maintain good communication line and relationship with APD and Support coordinators.
