A solid manufacturing company is looking for a Cost Accountant to work the operations team to analyze and evaluate cost of good. This is a direct hire, 5 days a week on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist management in the development of inventory metrics
- Develop cost estimates and review product and margins
- Support the monthly close with reporting and creating processes
- Enhance the controls of the business operations in accordance with GAAP
- Previous implementation experience to an ERP a PLUS
- Assist with periodic physical inventories, cycle counts and valuation
- Maintain calculations for quarterly updates and annual standard costs

- Systems: ERP, Excel, D365
