About us: Healthy Minds (HM) is a growing boutique mental health practice. HM uses holistic and cognitive-behavioral interventions to empower our clients. We specialize in helping our clients navigate life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. HM is a safe space that serves everyone, with a primary clientele in communities of color.
About the position: This position is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish preferred) candidate who is motivated, passionate, warm, and would like to transition from clinic or agency work to private practice. You will learn the foundations of starting a private practice i.e. navigating insurance payments, marketing, and finding your desired population. The therapist will facilitate psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and/or families. Supervision and training will be provided in cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused therapy lenses. A yearly stipend for continuing education units will be provided as well. The position will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis.
