Job Title: 5 Axis CNC Mill Machinist - Aerospace

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:00 am, plus Saturdays, 1:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour (depending on experience and interview)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced 5 Axis CNC Mill Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team at [Company Name]. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of 5 axis CNC Mill machines to produce intricate components for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate advanced 5 axis CNC Mill machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tool paths and machining strategies for efficient production.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with stringent aerospace standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist, specializing in 5 axis machining.
• In-depth knowledge of 5 axis machining processes, tool selection, and programming.
• Ability to interpret intricate engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, complex components.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and regulations is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and programming 5 axis CNC Mill machines.
• Availability to work the specified shift hours, including Saturdays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
