Requirements:

• Individual and business tax experience, 4 years plus
• Quickbooks accounting experience, 3 years plus
• CPA or Enrolled Agent License
• Desire to research and understand tax law and latest tax acts
• Ability to find solutions for clients and supervisors
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word and ability to use latest technology to improve efficiencies.
• Detail oriented, self-starter
• Personable
• Demonstrate longevity at prior tax/accounting jobs

Additional Considerations for Higher Compensation

• Experience with 1099 filing Requirements 2 plus years
• Experience in Sales Tax Filings/Research 2 plus years
• Experience in Florida Tangible Property Tax 2 plus years
• Experience working with UltraTax

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and supervision of business and individual tax returns, tax planning and strategizing
• Monthly accounting and supervision of Quickbooks Online and Accounting Power
• Various other tax and accounting jobs.
