Accountable to CARING HANDS SENIOR SERVICES LLC Director/ Administrator.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Registered Nurse at Caring Hands Senior Services. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality care to clients, conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and coordinating with healthcare providers. While the role is primarily based in Hamilton, NJ, there is flexibility for some remote work.

It should be noted that emphasis is for the RN to involve the client in the care program to help provide the client with the basic standards of healthy living as follows:

Work Hours: This position may require various shifts at various times (including nights, weekends, and weekdays) in one or more work sites.

Qualifications

• Patient Assessment, Care Planning, and Medication Administration skills
• Collaboration and Communication skills
• Empathy and Compassion in patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in home care or senior services is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Able to supervise (instruct, assign work, etc) Nursing Assistants, LPV’s, and LVN’s.

General Notes: 

The RN will be required to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and their clients. 

There may be emergency situations where the RN will have to react quickly with sound judgement.
