About the Senior Client Associate
The Senior Client Associate is a full-time position that works from our office in Newport Beach. The Senior Client Associate interfaces with our Financial Advisors to provide an excellent experience for our clients and assists with customer service, client requests, scheduling, firm compliance and other administrative responsibilities.
The selected candidate for this position must carry the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or the Series 7, 63 and 65.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is $105,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. The Senior Client Associate is also eligible for the following benefits:

Essential Position Responsibilities
- Assist Financial Advisors with sales, service and operational related activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via telephone, email and in-person.
- Facilitate Financial Advisor and client requests for account-related information and quotes.
- Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients.
- Manage client accounts, including opening, account and asset transfer, investment plans, withdrawals, reports.
- Greet and welcome clients who visit the office.
- Maintain CRM information up to date including client notes, forms, emails and updates.
- Manage the referral process from start to finish to ensure all referrals are set up correctly and the paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Relay client feedback and suggestions to the team.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
- Regularly update email and newsletter distribution lists.
- Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment.
- Review and distribute all inbound and outbound correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Either the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or the Series 7, 63 and 65 required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience required.
