Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPN's to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the health and well-being of our diverse patient population. We offer flexible shift options to accommodate different schedules and provide comprehensive care throughout the day and evening.

**Shift Options:**

Morning/Afternoon:

- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Evening Coverage:

- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

- 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

**Compensation: $45/hour

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical guidelines.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

- Educate patients and families on health management and post-hospital care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New York.

- BLS/ACLS certification required.

- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
