BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Assist in overseeing resident charts to ensure current documentation.
- Conforms to regulations set forth in CA Title 22, Department of Social Services.
- Participates in assessment and revisions in service plans for residents.
- MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
SUPERVISION Assists in the supervision of and provides guidance to caregivers, Med Assistant Supervisors and med room and wellness assistant.
Make recommendations for coaching, disciplinary, termination and employee recognition to A.L. Director.
This is Part-time position Saturday, Sunday 6:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.
