Location: Marina del Rey, CA (In Person)
ROP: $65,000-$70,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description: As an Addiction Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with addiction and substance abuse issues. You will work with a caseload of approximately 10 - 13 clients, facilitating 2 to 3 groups per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with addiction and substance abuse challenges.
• Lead group therapy sessions to address various aspects of addiction and recovery.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize the KIPU system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. (Training available).
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work towards recovery.
• Offer evidence-based interventions to promote personal growth and lasting recovery.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or fully licensed.
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific experience in addiction treatment and a deep understanding of substance abuse issues.
• Familiarity and proficiency with the KIPU system.

Population: The therapist will primarily work with clients between the ages of 25 and 45 who are struggling with addiction and substance abuse challenges.
