Pride Health is hiring Patient Access Rep to support our client’s medical facility based in Franklin, WI. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

· The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient.

· They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.

· Act a liaison between the customer base and patients.

· Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.

· Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.

· Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.

· Provide additional customer education and information as needed.

· Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting products and services.

· Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.

· Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.

· Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.

· Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.

Required Qualification:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication.

· Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

· Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical setting.

· Highschool diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in customer service preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.0-2 years of experience.

· Location: Franklin, WI / Greenfield, WI

· Job Type: 3-month contract

· Schedule: 1st shift. 8am-12pm / 7am-11am

· Pay Range: $16/hr
