WANTED: Finance Associate & Billing Supervisor (FABS) to assist in maintaining revenue and expenses by controlling billing services and receivables while supervising the billing department in rendering responsive, friendly, and expert customer service in maintaining HIPAA security & privacy regulations. This full-time, in-office position reports to the Director of Finance (DOF). Additional, specific responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing of Accounts Receivables and assist DOF with information needed to process Accounts Payables.
• Assist the DOF with monthly financial reports such as Monthly Revenue, Monthly Payables, and Global Billing Reports.
• Oversee and approve for timely payment all company payables through invoice and lab reconciliations.
• Complete specialized reports and prepare and track invoice-based billing.
• Guide/supervise billing procedures by training, scheduling, evaluating, and counseling departmental employees.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational and professional opportunities.
• Remain current and familiar with the details of the company Success Management Software, the Participant’s Login Portal, Shopify, and QuickBooks.
