Job Overview:
An HR Business Partner supports specific business functions within the company. This position works closely with assigned business functions and employees in the functions “on the front line”, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: recruitment, employee relations, performance tracking, conflict management, headcount reconciliation, executing training plans and assisting exiting employees.
Responsibilities:
- Make headcount proposal for business units based on business plan within annual budget.
- Recruit and hire talents for business units based on approved headcounts and business needs.
- View job descriptions, define job levels, and manage job portals to attract talents.
- Review new hires’ 3-month introductory period performance.
- Monitor employees’ performance and conduct regular performance review with business leaders.
- Conduct Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for concerned employees to enhance team performance.
- Conduct investigation for any complaints or issues according to company policy.
- Provide timely information and / or education for all level employees on HR issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business in any recognized university.
- At least 3 years of HR related experience, HRBP experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen and eager to learn and understand business.
- Good at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personality with passion, patience and problem-solving mindset.
