Pay Rate: $32.00/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential BOE
Shift: 3rd shift, Sun-Thu, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Description:
We are immediately hiring in Waukesha, WI for an experienced milling and/orturning CNC machinist with the ability to set-up large scale parts andselect tooling. Must be able to work independently. You’ll be working thethird shift, Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities
Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
Read and interpret blueprints and work order routings.
Properly loads and unloads material and fixturing into CNC machinery.
Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming.
Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets.
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
Ability to comply with all quality policies, specifications and instructions.
CNC Machinist Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a CNC machinist is required.
Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controls preferred.
Experience with Boring Bar, Milling or Drilling of Structural Weldments required(steel, stainless & aluminum)
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
Heavy manufacturing preferred.
Job Position: Material Handler

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium BOE
Shift: 3rd shift, Sun-Thu, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Description:
We are immediately hiring in Waukesha, WI for a safety driven materialhandler to be responsible for utilizing a ten ton overhead crane toload/unload steel plate from trucks, and to load and unload steel plateonto Laser and Kinetic tables. You’ll be working Sunday through Thursday10:00pm to 6:00am

Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize a 10 ton overhead crane to load/unload steel plates from trucks
Load and unload steel plates onto Laser and Kinetic tables
Utilize forklift to move pallets and parts
Drive a yard truck and trailer to move plates between buildings
Complete required paperwork with our ERP system
Work safely at all times
Fast paced and physical, climbing, bending, and reaching frequently
Consistently be available to come to work
Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
3-5 years of material handling, preferred
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
Basic computer skills
Experience with using tape measure and caliper
Good math skills
Job Position: Welder
Location: Waukesha, WI 53189
Pay Rate: $27/hr BOE
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Our family-owned and operated company is immediately hiring for a secondshift welder experienced with GMAW, Flux, and Sub Arc welding in Waukesha,WI. You’ll be working Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Welder Duties and Responsibilities
Flux-core 3/32 or Solid-wire 0.45 or 0.52
Read and comprehend blueprints
Know and understand welding symbols
Move material using a forklift and crane
Verify the correct quantity and quality of parts welded
Select and install proper welding wire and gas mixture
Operate a fuel gas hand torch for heat straightening purposes
Set-up and fine tune welding machine for proper wire speed and machine voltage
Welder Qualifications and Requirements
Know and understand welding symbols
3-5 years of welding experience, preferred
Experience with Flux-core 3/32 and/or Solid-wire 0.45 or 0.52
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Heavy Manufacturing in a Job Shop preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
