The Opportunity: Marketing Co-Ordinator

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our incredible B2C global marketing team. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make our flagship product, Reading Eggs, the go-to choice for parents and homeschoolers worldwide.

Remote Adventure with Occasional Excursions

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional travel to approximately 4-6 conventions and community outreach events throughout the year, conventions involving weekend work. Work life balance is important to us, so time worked at conventions outside of the standard working week can be taken in lieu.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Co-Ordinator at 3P Learning, you'll be the mastermind behind implementing new customer marketing strategies in the AMER region. Your focus? Maximizing engagement and driving marketing acquisition to new heights. Dive into the exciting world of:

• Harnessing the power of Facebook Ads Manager to craft and optimize campaigns.
• Unleashing your creativity in developing, testing, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance.
• Exploring innovative campaigns, testing initiatives, and learning strategies to enhance KPIs.
• Become a briefing expert, leading campaign briefs for Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Web Designers. Assisting in sorting digital assets for marketing production, including file and folder management.
• Managing data sourcing and capturing outcomes from various marketing channels.

Ideally, You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally minimum one years’ experience in running paid campaigns on Facebook.
• Knowledge of Confluence, and/or Jira.
• An ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
