Job Title: HPC Hardware Architect

Office status: Hybrid

Office Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities

· Work closely with vendors who will supply off the shelf servers to figure out quantity of GPU's, storage, memory etc.

· They will be working in the Data Center, which is a full oil Immersion data center (meaning much higher density than regular data centers)

· Design scale out compute and storage architectures for our HPC needs.

· Ensure optimal deployment of proposed solutions in production environment.

Experience with high-performance storage systems (Lustre, Ceph, BeeGFS, etc.)

· Experience with design and implementation of high density HPC systems with accelerators.

· Hands on experience with hardware components of HPC systems.
