Pay Rate: $150,000 – $175,000 / year

Our Top Tier Venture Capital firm is expanding their in-house tax capabilities and seeking a versatile tax professional to tackle Fund, General Partner and Management Company taxation. The role will encompass compliance, analysis, reporting and planning, working closely with both internal and external advisors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of tax experience focused on asset management funds (VC, PE)
• CPA license or equivalent
• A plus for candidates that have experience with hedge or evergreen funds
