Dietary Aide - Healthcare
This position is responsible for preparing and expediting hot food to patients throughout the hospital while providing them with excellent care and customer service. Clayton Valet is looking for responsible, motivated, and reliable individuals who exhibit a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and consistent availability.

Compensation/Benefits:
- $16/hr starting
- Review after 60 days of employment
- 401(k) 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment
- Health/Vision/Dental Insurance - available after working 1 year of FT hours
- PTO accrual plan available after hire
- Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays)
- Weekly Pay
Shifts Available:
- Mornings
- Mid-Day
- Evenings
- Weekends
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with all Dietary Tech needs dictated by the Patient Services team
- Work in a constant state of alertness
- Quickly, efficiently, and accurately assemble meal trays for patients, then deliver them to the corresponding rooms throughout the hospital
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the workspace
- Comply to proper PPE procedures (wearing a face mask/shield, gloves and hairnet when necessary)
- Work as a team in cooperation with others, displaying a willingness to be helpful at all times
- Make sure that all services are provided in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Perform duties as requested by management
- Collaborate efficiently with different departments to provide excellent care for patients throughout the hospital
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination (religious and medical exemption forms available upon request)
- Must have proof of Hepatitis A vaccination
- Customer service and/or kitchen experience preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Customer service experience
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to operate a smartphone
- Ability to effectively operate a computer to take orders and communicate with various departments in the hospital
