Data Lake Engineer
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Lake Engineer with a strong background in AWS services, particularly in building, maintaining, and managing data lakes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Data Stream, Firehose, Glue Catalog, RedShift, Athena, and Terraform. This position is remote.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Lake Engineer with a strong background in AWS services, particularly in building, maintaining, and managing data lakes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Data Stream, Firehose, Glue Catalog, RedShift, Athena, and Terraform. This position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage data lake environments using AWS tools.
- Implement data feeds from raw data to staging, production, and delivery to data warehouses or BI tools.
- Create and maintain playbooks and configuration guides.
- Train team members on data services best practices.
- Set up roles, permissions, and security management for the data lake.
- Act as a Database Administrator (DBA) for data lake operations.
- Extensive experience with AWS Data Lake services.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of RedShift, Athena, and data transformation processes.
- Ability to link various data sources, including proprietary products and established vendor solutions.
- Experience in setting up data processing workflows, triggers, and data transformation.
- Strong security management skills for data environments.
