We're seeking a mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our healthcare interoperability platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a particular focus on Next.js, React, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, Python, Typescript

-Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between different components of our healthcare interoperability platform

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions

-Optimize application performance and scalability to handle large volumes of healthcare data

-Implement and maintain data security measures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

-Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices

-Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in existing applications

-Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and healthcare IT

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

-3-5 years of experience in full-stack software development

-Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and Python

-Experience with RESTful API design and implementation

-Familiarity with database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)

-Understanding of web security best practices

-Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

-Experience in healthcare IT or familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is preferred

-Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

-Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

-Experience with Agile development methodologies
