Your Role and Impact:

You'll be pivotal in ensuring financial precision and providing strategic support, including:

• Mastering the reconciliation of account balances and bank statements, safeguarding the general ledger's integrity.
• Leading month-end close processes, delivering in-depth financial reports across your client portfolio.
• Ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable, and consistently presenting meticulous accounting reports.
• Offering strategic financial insights, and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
• Propelling advancements in accounting systems and procedures.
• Mentoring and nurturing the accounting team, championing their professional development.
• Strengthening business processes and accounting policies to fortify internal controls.
• Assisting with tax season support, including preparation and compliance efforts.

Who You Are:

• An autonomous professional boasting 7+ years of general ledger accounting experience, ideally gained within CPA, consulting, or business advisory environments.
• An adept communicator, skilled in client engagement, and with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles with hands-on experience in complex corporate and individual tax issues.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• CPA would be a HUGE PLUS
