Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics is a premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products. With more than 50 offices across the United States. We are currently looking to expand our Accounting department. This is a senior level, full-time position with office hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Job Responsibilities

• Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability
• Presents financial reports to upper management
• Collaborates with directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators
• Leads all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's in finance, economics, accounting, business or related major
• Master's in Finance is a plus
• 5+ years prior experience in banking, investing or accounting is required
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks online
• Great communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
