YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a CED - Management Trainee, you'll engage in learning every aspect of the business, managing quotations, purchasing, and immersing yourself in the sales process. On-the-job training lasts for 2 - 3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.

Here's what you need:

• At least 21 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

No prior industry experience is necessary! The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted industry.
