Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. You will collaborate closely with our program staff to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational requirements and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Collaborate with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes or mockups.

Provide technical leadership in integrating external systems with Dynamics 365.

Maintain strong relationships with program staff throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.

Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions using 3rd party applications and customizations within Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services and will have the following skills/capabilities:

• Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses
• Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps and Power Platform development
• Installation, setup and configuration of Dynamics 365, associated Apps
• Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software application development and requirements collection.
• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Portal development.
• 8+ years of experience in a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Azure development.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience developing wireframes or mockups using tools such as Figma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI Business Intelligence in a cloud-based environment.
