Overview:

Individuals with expertise in design, deployment and management of cloud resources. Cloud architects understand at a deep level the structure and distribution of computing resources in AWS and Azure. Also, will prioritize usage to most efficiently allocate funds and resources for the platform.

Responsibilities:

Experience in Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations may be required. Demonstrated knowledge in the following:

• Cloud Native Architectures and Zero Trust
• Kubernetes
• AWS and other cloud environments
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS cloud architecture using Terraform
• Communicating these solutions in a professional way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborating with other engineers and members of the team using tools like git, in a secure, effective and scalable way
• Highly experienced with AWS
• Advanced networking, VPC, peering, and subnet experience Gitlab CI experience
• Terraform experience, including writing custom modules and collaboration
• Ansible experience
• Proficient in Linux
• SRE experience for a small to mid-enterprise system
• General cloud architecture experience with Azure or GCP is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker a plus
• General DevOps Experience a plus
• Basic coding skills in Java, Python, Go, C++ or a similar language are desirable
• Experience with microservices architectures
• Security framework experience (RMF, DISA STIG, CIS Benchmarks, etc) are nice to have
